Rick Wang

Technical Officer - Data Analyst and Manager

Rick joined the North West Shelf Flatback Turtle Conservation Program (NWSFTCP) in 2024. His role includes the revision, maintenance and management of the Western Australian turtle monitoring database.

With a background in software and electrical and electronic engineering, Rick uses his expertise to ensure the smooth integration of data from the NWSFTCP and other marine turtle regional monitoring programs to inform management and conservation decisions.
