Technical Officer - Communication and administration

Shannon has worked for the North West Shelf Flatback Turtle Conservation Program (NWSFTCP) since 2024. Her role involves assisting with the delivery of science communication and education programs, fieldwork logistics, research tasks and general program administration.

With a background in coastal zone management, corporate travel and tourism, Shannon applies her experience to transform research outcomes into social media content, media releases, magazine articles, and website content, and to support fieldwork planning.
